History
Polar Salmon A/S was founded in 1985 and is part of the Polar Seafood Group. Polar Salmon is situated on the west coast of Denmark and has existed as a smokehouse and manufacturing company since 1985. At that time, the company started with 4 employees; today 120 people are employed

Manufacturing
From the beginning we have focused upon high quality. We use the best from the old craftsman production methods combined with the latest technology; this means dry or injector salting, plus good traditional cold smoking, which, of course, is continuously monitored by our smoke-cure masters.
